Protest Against the state of Emergency in Pakistan 
Pak-German Council for Culture and Democracy has organised a "Pak-German Evening for a Democratic Pakistan” it will be held on 29.11.2007 at 6:00 PM, more than 300 invited guests from different political parties, organisations and media will attend the program. On this evening signature will be collected to for the restoration of the constitution and for the release of lawyers, political workers and human rights activists. Three Members of German Parliament and vice president of Berlin Parliament will attend this program and will speak against the Emergency in Pakistan. Pak-German Council for Culture and Democracy has approached some members of Parliament, and soon they will issue an open letter for the release of all political prisoners and especially for the release of Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, President of Supreme Court Bar Council Chaudhry Itazaz Ahsan and Other political leaders.  Pak-German Council will not rest until the Constitution is restored in Pakistan |
