We are aiming to improve the German-Pakistani relations. The Pakistan-German Council promotes cultural exchange, democracy, social responsibility and human rights.

The objective of the Pakistan-German Council for Culture and Democracy is to raise the mutual understanding between both countries as well as to bring together people with different backgrounds. It aims to strengthen social networks in order to intensify cooperation in the fields of culture, democracy and community work. In addition, the exchange of knowledge looks to promote democracy and human rights in Pakistan. This should be supported by a constant dialogue, in the form of seminars, exhibitions and festivals in Germany and aid projects in Pakistan.

The association is independent of party politics. It gives equal rights to all people of all nations. It stands for the principle of religious and ideological tolerance.
